SHIPPING

Orders ship via Canada Post. Standard delivery is sent as Oversized Lettermail with no tracking. You can expect your order to arrive within 5 - 14 business days. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Whitebirch Handmade Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International orders are shipped tracked Airmail. Shipping rates do not include import or duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination. 

All of our packaging is recyclable. 

RETURNS

Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there was a mistake on your order or a manufacturing defect. Please note leather is a natural material and some shape change is to be expected. Wear and tear over time is not considered a manufacturers defect.
