Shipping & Return Policies
SHIPPING
Orders ship Canada Post. Standard delivery is sent as Oversized Lettermail with no tracking. You can expect your order to arrive within 5 - 14 business days. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Whitebirch Handmade Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International orders are shipped tracked Airmail. Shipping rates do not include import or duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination.
Our packaging is recyclable.
RETURNS
If you'd like to request a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. The condition of the item must be unworn with all original packaging. Please note, we do not accept returns that have been visibly worn. Please note leather is a natural material and some shape change is to be expected. Wear and tear over time is not considered a manufacturers defect. To initiate a return, please email your order number and reason for return to returns@whitebirchhandmadegoods.com. Please note we do not refund original shipping costs and you are responsible for all shipping and handling fees involved in the transaction. Whitebirch Handmade Goods has the right to refuse a return or exchange on products that do not abide to our return policy. All sale items are considered final sale. Sale prices cannot be applied to past purchases.
